Shipping and Delivery

  • What is your shipping policy for backordered items?
  • Inventory is updated daily, in the event we don't have a product you ordered, it will be shipped as soon as possible.
  • Do you offer local pickup or delivery options?
  • Yes. You can select local delivery or local pickup as your purchase option.
  • How do I track my order?
  • You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order is processed.
  • Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?
  • Unfortunately no. Please make sure you have provided the correct delivery address upon ordering.
  • What happens if I refuse delivery?
  • Your product will be sent back to us, second delivery will be at the buyers cost.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Can I return or exchange items?
  • Unfortunately no.  All items and sales are final.
  • How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
  • Issues with orders that require an exchange, or return (broken jars, wrong flavor etc) will be first priority and taken care of within 3 business days

Payment and Billing

  • Can I apply a coupon code to my order?
  • Yes. At checkout make sure to apply your discount code in the box provided.
  • What happens if my payment is declined?
  • Your order will not be processed. You will be notified of your payment issue, and prompted to use another payment method.
  • How can I request a refund for a charge that I believe is incorrect?

  • Can I speak to a supervisor if I am not satisfied with the resolution of my issue? 
  • You absolutely can!  Send an inquiry at the bottom of our page with your name, and contact information and someone will promptly get to you.
